PICES Project

As part of the PICES project, I created several applications as part of a larger system that enabled University of New Mexico constituencies access to key institutional applications such as email and online training systems.

UNM Opt-Out

The Opt-Out application enabled University of New Mexico employees to complete an online request to have personal information not revealed in compliance with the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act. It was built with coordination provided by project leaders and key UNM officials in 13 days to coincide with a pending ruling by the UNM Regents.

Support Center Troubleshooting Application

The support center troubleshooting application was built to provide support center technicians with tools to troubleshoot and solve issues with user accounts.
